Lucy ran the project Unframed Lives in 2019, following on from My Brighton and Hove Photo Project. Participants from the photo project were invited to come along to weekly creative photography mentoring sessions run at Justlife Studios in Brighton. 

The group was supported by volunteer photographers who gave up their time to mentor participants to achieve creative goals. 

The group held an exhibition of their work as part of the Brighton Fringe 2019 at One Church Brighton. The images were on the theme of ‘Hope” The group decided to hope the exhibition outside so it could be accessible to be viewed at all times of day with no closing times.

The Unframes Lives exhibition was shortlisted for The Brighton Fringe Visual Arts Award 2019.
