Creative cards and poster design for Everyday Creativity project

As part of the Everyday Creativity project, a collaboration with artists Sarah Bryant and Marisa Gardiner, Lucy designed over 30 creative cards and posters to promote mindful moments in care homes.

The feedback from care staff who used the cards was that they were accessible and easy to use, and residents in care homes loved the colourful designs and prompts. The Everyday Creativity team were invited by 64 Million artists to design a card for Arts in Care Home day, in conjunction with NAPA. you can download the card here.

Design and production of easy read guides for This New Ground

Lucy designed and created a series of easy read guides for people using music apps for This New Ground. As part of The Bridge project, in collaboration with our participants and facilitators, we have created a library of easy-read app guides for the music creation apps we found to be most accessible and engaging. These guides are aimed at a diverse audience of learning disabled music-makers, their carers and support workers as well as creative facilitators and inclusive initiatives.

Easy read Creative prompts

During lockdown Lucy created creative prompts for participants in the weekly online creative sessions for This New Ground. These creative prompts were shared online, for people to join in with art challenges creatively connecting people during lockdown.
